The Sutton Supported employment service works with people aged 18+ who have a learning disability, physical disability or mental health need. We provide group support from our premises and 1:1 support in the community to help people into work.

What is this service?

We run group support in the form of job clubs from our premises at Hillhouse St Helier, as well as 1:1 support in community settings convenient to people accessing the service.

Mencap have close partnerships with a range of employers that are based in or have operations in Sutton. We have extensive experience and expertise around supporting people into work and tailor our support to individual needs.
